There will be lots of equestrian action at Kihikihi during the day, but the action continues at night. Make sure you get along to the SkyCity Marquee – the hub of the event - in the evenings to catch up with the action.

Friday night – FEI Open Forum

The FEI Open Forum hosted by Giuseppe Della Chiesa (ITA), chairman of the FEI Eventing Committee, and Catrin Norinder (SWE), FEI Director of Eventing & Olympic, will be straight after the Riders Meeting on Friday night. Both Guiseppe and Catrin have travelled from Europe to hear our views on the future FEI rules of Eventing. The forums are open to National Federations, organising committees, riders and officials. Feedback from all parties is very much appreciated to allow full involvement by all for the future development of the sport of Eventing. Come along and have your say.

When: Friday 6th April 2012 after the riders’ briefing

Saturday night – Kihikihi’s Got Talent

The challenge has gone out to the Trans Tasman Teams to impress the crowd. We are expecting some fun and plenty of – err – talent on show. Come and watch the action first hand. All riders welcome.

What: Trust Waikato Spit Roast Dinner, followed by entertainment and disco
Time: Dinner starts at 6.30pm. Bar open all evening
Tickets: $10 per person
